Pricing that won’t need troubleshooting.

Start free. Upgrade when the house — or the office — gets busier.

While TechTown is in early access, every plan below is free — we’re still tuning things, and you’re helping. These are the prices that will apply at launch, and early members keep them.

Fair questions

Will TechTown ask for my passwords?

Never. When a password is part of the fix, TechTown walks you through resetting or entering it yourself. If anything — or anyone — claiming to be TechTown asks for a password, it isn’t us.

What if it can’t fix the problem?

Then it says so, plainly, and offers the next best thing: a remote session or a visit from a vetted technician. They get the full history of what’s been tried, so you never start from zero.

Is it safe to follow an AI’s instructions on my devices?

TechTown sticks to steps that are safe for a non-expert: settings, restarts, updates, and cables you can see. Anything that could affect your data waits until it’s backed up, and anything that means opening a device or touching mains power goes to a professional instead.

Which devices does it help with?

Windows and Mac computers, iPhone and Android phones and tablets, routers and Wi-Fi, printers and scanners, smart TVs and the usual smart-home gadgets. Something unusual? Ask anyway — it’ll tell you honestly if it’s out of its depth.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — one click, effective immediately. No retention calls, no small print. Making things complicated would be a strange look for a tech helper.
