TechTown is a small team with a simple idea: nobody should lose an afternoon to a blinking light.
Every home and every small office knows the moment. Something stops working — the Wi-Fi, the printer, the laptop that was fine yesterday — and the options are all bad. Search and hope. Call a help line and wait. Or find the one person who’s “good with computers” and ask them. Again.
Most of those problems aren’t hard. They just need someone patient who knows what to look for, explains it plainly, and waits while you try. So we built that: an AI helper that walks you through the fix one step at a time — and real technicians for the times a fix needs hands.
TechTown is in early access, growing carefully across the UAE. We’d rather fix things properly than fix them fast and leave.
